Agreement / Terms & Conditions

EQUIPMENT CARE: All equipment is carefully checked before it leaves SR Audio Inc.  If you are picking-up the equipment from us, please ensure that you know how to use it. If you require assistance, our staff can demonstrate how to set up and operate the equipment at our facility. If the equipment malfunctions, please notify us immediately. If the customer still has a problem, the equipment will be checked upon return to our facility. If the equipment works, the full rental charge will apply. If the customer requires weekend or after-hours telephone support, "on-call" services must be contracted for in advance.

PAYMENT TERMS: All rentals must be paid in advance and secured with a valid credit card. Accepted forms of payment include: cash/cashier’s check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. Payment that is outstanding for any reason will be billed to the credit card on record.   If payment is made by check, the Customer/Lessee agrees to pay a service charge of $25.00 or 5% of order total, whichever is greater, if the check is returned by bank. In addition, the Customer/Lessee agrees to pay any and all court costs, attorney fees, and any other collection costs.  Any item(s) returned to SR AUDIO INC. after the agreed upon return by date/time as listed on the agreement will incur one addition daily charge for each 24 hour period thereafter.

BANKRUPTCY: All items Rented/Leased, or Purchases to/by customer will remain the exclusive property of SR Audio Inc. until paid for in full, this also includes and late fees, check/payment fees.  (IF THERE IS A BALANCED OWED ITS SR AUDIO’S PROPERTY)

CANCELLATION CHARGES: Up to 48 hours prior to scheduled SR AUDIO INC. delivery / customer pick-up time: no charge, except for non-refundable deposit. Within 48 hours FULL Payment is required. After the equipment has left our warehouse: Full contract amount. No credits or adjustments.  Please Note: All cancellations must be received in writing between 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Cancellations received after 5:00pm or on a weekend / holiday will be marked received at 8:30am on the next business day. Cancellation charges will apply accordingly.The non-refundable deposit amount shall be 50% of the rental order plus tax for all orders.

COURIER POLICY: Customers may send couriers to pick-up and / or return equipment. The security of the equipment from the time it leaves our facility until the time it is returned will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer designates the courier or representative(s) as an authorized agent to sign for the pick-up and/or return of the equipment/accessories. The timely pick-up and return of equipment is the responsibility of the customer. This Rental Terms and Conditions applies, in its entirety, to all customers who elect to use a courier or representative(s) to pick-up and/or return equipment to SR AUDIO INC.

RETURNS: ALL equipment and ALL accessories must be returned by the date and time noted on the DELIVERY/ MANIFEST SHEET to avoid additional charges. Late and/or incomplete returns will be subject to additional non-discounted daily rental charges until returned. In the event an item is not returned to SR AUDIO INC., daily rental charges will apply until the date the customer authorizes the replacement cost. If the customer fails to return the equipment and/or accessories to SR AUDIO INC. within ten (10) days after the expiration of the rental (listed on the Delivery Sheet as "Pick-Up Time") and does not provide written authorization for the replacement cost with the same ten (10) days, then SR AUDIO INC. shall charge the cost of the full replacement value plus shipping to the credit card provided for the rental agreement. Daily rental charges shall apply until payment in full is received for the full replacement value of the item(s). Daily rental charges, if incurred, shall be in addition to the full replacement value and no part of the rental charges shall be credited to the full replacement value.

INSURANCES: Insurance for the full replacement cost of the equipment rented or any cost for repair is the responsibility of the customer. Customer agrees to add SR Audio as and additional Payee to the customers insurance policy for the value of the rented equipment. Breakage requires purchase. Replacement/repair costs will be considered authorized by the purchasing agent for the company and/or the credit card holder. Should any equipment malfunction, SR AUDIO INC.'s liability is limited to the pro-rata rental amount of that specific piece of equipment. In no event shall SR AUDIO INC.  be liable for consequential damages.
